We had been warned that the food in Ireland wasn't all that great, though it was very expensive. We had this tasting menu at a French restaurant in Dublin which was "inspired" by classical Irish dishes though cooked by a French chef. The food was very good except for a few things which didn't really work that well, like the oyster in Guinness jelly. |
