{"id":94,"date":"2018-07-07T14:13:22","date_gmt":"2018-07-07T21:13:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/apresmidi.net\/eha2018\/log\/?p=94"},"modified":"2018-07-07T14:16:55","modified_gmt":"2018-07-07T21:16:55","slug":"a-professor-in-appalachia-part-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apresmidi.net\/eha2018\/log\/a-professor-in-appalachia-part-2\/","title":{"rendered":"A Professor in Appalachia, Part 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We drove off to Knoxville, to my cousin Margaret\u2019s house, and had time to sneak in a nice walk in a quarried area just outside town. \u00a0We walked downtown to Kaizen, a little izakaya with dumplings and noodle bowls for dinner, all delicious.\u00a0 There was a pig diagram on the wall, and I noticed another one on a bicep peeking out from a shirtsleeve.\u00a0 As we left, I got the guy to pose so I could get both in one shot.<\/p>\n<p>Margaret (who is from Kansas) has her PhD in philosophy, and specializes in aesthetics.
